14–16 weeks from approved construction drawings to delivery on site.

Yes. We regularly build to specification, including marine-grade aluminum enclosures, sudden pressure relays, automatic tap changers (ATCs), throats, bus bars, and flexi-bus configurations. If your project has specific requirements, bring them to us early in the design process and we’ll work through the options.

Yes. If you have a transformer failure, we provide same-day service upon request. Don’t wait — call us directly and we’ll get someone to your site as quickly as possible.

Yes. Commissioning support is available; just let us know at the time of order or before delivery so we can schedule it alongside your installation timeline.

We supply brand new units direct from the factory, and our lead times are short enough that stocking inventory isn’t necessary. In most cases, a new build arrives on site as fast as — or faster than — sourcing a used unit from local stock.

Contact us to open a claim and have the following ready: serial number, date of energization, installation address, and a description of the issue. We’ll also ask for photos of the transformer and site, a DGA report, and site test data to help us assess and resolve the claim efficiently.
